## 使用场景
当用户更新到新版本后发现新 bug(如 #913 的窗口频繁抢焦点问题),无法正常使用,但没有途径回退到上一个稳定版本,只能等着官方 hotfix。

## 诉求
在 Cindy 的更新/关于界面中增加「回退到上一版本」选项,让用户在新版本出问题时能一键或几步操作恢复到上一个稳定版本。
