目前【设置 > 用量和消耗】无法完整展示用户的订阅、充值、额度来源、自动续费及滚存规则，用户难以理解当前权益状态，并可能对自动续费、额度有效期等产生疑问。

希望升级为【订阅与充值】，统一展示套餐、额度、滚存规则及订阅管理能力。

### 当前问题 / Current limitation

当前页面存在以下问题：

1. 无法区分按量充值、单月购买和自动续订；
2. 无法查看套餐有效期及下次续费时间；
3. 无法查看额度来源（订阅额度、充值额度、赠送额度）；
4. 未展示额度滚存规则；
5. 未提供自动续费状态及取消入口；
6. 支付前缺少自动续费及滚存规则披露。

### 期望方案 / Proposed solution

按照附件《订阅与充值需求.md》实现。

核心需求包括：

- 设置页升级为「订阅与充值」
- 展示套餐及付费方式

暂未考虑其他方案。

当前方案主要依据官网已公布的订阅规则及产品合规要求设计，希望 Desktop 设置页、支付链路与官网保持一致，减少用户理解成本及后续客服咨询。
