## 使用场景
用户想给 Cindy 提反馈,但与 AI 对话、整理反馈内容本身就要消耗 tokens / 产生费用。这无形中抬高了反馈门槛——用户还没帮产品变好,先花了一笔钱。

## 诉求
提供一个独立、免费(或低门槛)的反馈入口,让用户提交反馈不占用正常使用额度。反馈对产品有价值,不应让用户为「帮产品变好」这件事付费。

## 建议方案
例如:独立的反馈表单 / 反馈专用会话不计费,或对反馈类对话给予额度豁免。
