feat(desktop): support Linux desktop

希望能在 Linux 桌面上使用 Cindy，并愿意参与贡献 Linux 支持。

我目前主要使用：

- Arch-based Omarchy
- Hyprland / Wayland
- x86_64

同时也希望常见的 Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 能有明确、可验证的安装方式。

## 当前问题 / Current limitation

仓库里已经能看到部分 Linux 相关代码和 `.deb` 打包配置，但目前还缺少清晰的官方支持范围、安装文档和可供不同发行版使用的便携产物。

对于 Omarchy/Arch 用户，仅有 `.deb` 不够方便；同时 Linux 桌面还需要考虑 Wayland/X11、XDG portal、Secret Service、URL scheme 和文件关联等基础集成。

## 期望方向 / Possible direction

希望维护者确认是否欢迎社区补充一个 Linux x86_64 MVP，例如：

- Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04：`.deb`
- Arch/Omarchy 等其他发行版：AppImage
- 优先保证应用启动、登录、Agent runtime、本地数据库和基础桌面集成
- 平台专属能力可以在首个版本中明确降级

我已经做了一些本地可行性调查和原型验证，但想先确认项目是否接受这个方向，再整理成聚焦的 PR。具体打包依赖、CI、自动更新和桌面集成范围都可以根据维护者意见调整。
