【现状】
充值时只能从三个固定档位里选，最低从 100 开始，没有更低的小额选项，也不能自己输入金额。

【问题场景】
套餐即将到期（本月 19 号可续费），当前余额只差一点就能续上，只想小额充值补差额，但现有档位都偏高，没有合适的选择——要么多充不少，要么续不上。

【期望】
1. 增加更多小额充值档位；或
2. 支持自定义输入充值金额，按需充值。
