PR #4396 维护者确认：手机端 Lead 会话新增 Worker 状态卡

## 这次改了什么
Cindy Mobile 在 Orca Lead 会话里新增只读 Worker 状态卡：通过既有 Lead-scoped Worker 投影拉取列表，每 5 秒轮询，展示 Worker 名称、角色与状态；Worker 会话仍不进入全局首页列表。同时把 `local-db:orca-workflows:list-workers-by-lead` 与 `maker:worker:list` 加入共享 Mobile remote contract。

## 为何需要维护者确认
这是用户看得见的新界面与交互流向，不是内部逻辑补丁：
- 会话页在 Lead 角色下新增状态卡（`OrcaWorkerStatusCard`）。
- 文案、状态点颜色、轮询失败时卡片消失/闪烁，都会直接影响手机端协作可见性。
- 描述声称部分覆盖 #2707 / #1888，伞 PR #4395。

请维护者直接在 PR 上 Approve；需要作者修改则 Request Changes。
