Description
PR #4377（fix(codex): preserve compacted turn recovery after disconnect）改到了审查规则文档 `docs/dev-rules/maker-core-and-agent-behavior.md`。
本次不是排版或错别字：文档把 unexpected close 的 preserve 从三类 CONTINUE-only reason 扩成四类，并新增约束——压缩期间传输结果不明既不能触发本地摘要 fallback，也不能重放原始请求；自动续跑与人工 Retry 都只发 CONTINUE。
这会改变后续审查对该恢复路径的判据，需要维护者明确确认。
