feat: 供应商模型选择一键同步

填写供应商列表的时候，一键同步原数据，然后填进PI和Code叉以及Code Code的列表里面，免得每个模型都要自己手动填。

本人用的是中转站，所以呢，有时候要经常换一下模型。但是呢，模型的那些选择，还有PI上的那个工具以及思考强度调用的话，也是比较麻烦的。所以呢，想要就是一键同步啊，从供应商上面这样的元数据上一键同步下来，或者是从modle.dev/api.json下载同步
