Description
PR https://github.com/makecindy/cindy/pull/3289 为修复自定义 OAuth 在首个 Claude turn 回落到网关，向 AgentDeps、本地兼容代理和 Claude Code 环境组装增加了 session 路由证明（新 header、新可选依赖、出站剥离内部头）。
这改变了模块边界和跨包 API 形状，不是同结构内的实现替换。旧讨论 issue 已关闭，当前 head 再次命中架构确认门，需要维护者重新确认。
确认方式：直接在 PR 上 Approve；需要修改就 Request Changes，作者改完后重新 Approve 即放行。
