切换上下文窗口大小差异较大的模型后，模型切换功能失效

## 问题描述

在 Cindy 0.1.72 中，新建对话并发送消息后，如果切换到上下文窗口大小约大一倍的另一模型，后续模型切换会失效。模型选择器仍可正常点击，但选择其他模型时无法完成切换，并显示：

> 当前状态下无法进行此操作，请稍后再试。

该问题会影响之后的对话，导致无法再切换模型。

## 复现步骤

1. 新建一个对话。
2. 发送一条消息。
3. 切换到上下文窗口大小约大一倍的另一模型。
4. 再次打开模型选择器并尝试切换模型。

## 预期行为

模型切换应正常完成，且不应因为上下文窗口大小差异而使后续对话失去切换模型的能力。

## 实际行为

模型选择器可以打开，但切换操作失败并显示上述错误提示；之后其他对话也无法正常切换模型。
