Description
PR https://github.com/makecindy/cindy/pull/3754 修复设置页「用量历史」在窄窗口下按 Agent / 按模型表格列重叠。
改动会改变用户看得见的布局与交互：两张表明确最小宽度（520 / 720px），首列 overflow-hidden，空间不足时走横向滚动而不是继续压缩列。属于产品 / UI 布局确认，不是零像素的内部修复。
