Description
这次改动会改变用户看得见的登录页：账号超过两行时，身份列表改为独立滚动视口，而不再把更多账号顶到错误文案上。
请维护者确认：
- 视口高度（大约两行）和滚动指示是否符合登录页布局
- 标题 / 返回按钮固定、列表滚动是否是预期交互
