Description
PR https://github.com/makecindy/cindy/pull/3639 触发了维护者确认门（product，feat 类型）。
这次改动让 Orca `create_worker` / `create_workers` 在参数校验失败时返回可操作的错误（缺字段、多余字段、期望调用示例）。公开 schema 未放宽，但错误内容可能进入协同创建失败的可见反馈。拿不准是否算用户可见产品变化，按确认门从严先拦。
