## 现象

任务调用 Subagent 后，界面会出现对应的运行记录或入口，但无法查看 Subagent 的输出内容；点击该记录也不会打开详情或新页面。

## 复现步骤

1. 在对话中执行一个会启动 Subagent 的任务。
2. 等待 Subagent 运行并产生对应记录。
3. 点击 Subagent 记录，尝试查看其输出内容。

## 期望行为

Subagent 的输出内容可以直接查看，或点击记录后打开可阅读的详情页面。

## 实际行为

Subagent 内容不可见，点击记录后没有打开详情页面。

每次都能复现。

重新发起另一个会启动 Subagent 的任务，问题仍然稳定复现。
