维护者确认：#3294 侧栏范围菜单新增「已归档任务」入口

这次改动会改变用户看得见的侧栏交互：在机器/范围切换菜单里新增「已归档任务」项，选中后切换列表范围，并在菜单触发器上显示归档状态。

需要维护者确认的点：
- 已归档任务入口是否应该放进范围菜单一级（而不是只留在筛选器里）
- 选中归档范围后，触发器上同时显示归档图标和文案是否符合产品预期
- 文案「已归档任务」是否沿用术语表对「任务」的口径

确认方式：直接在 PR 上 Approve。如果需要修改，请 Request Changes；作者改完后重新 Approve 即放行。
