使用 Claude 官方订阅作为模型来源时，会话信息栏中 Fable 模型的周限（每周可用次数）不显示。

## 复现步骤
1. 以 Claude 官方订阅作为模型来源启动会话；
2. 切换到 Fable 模型；
3. 观察会话信息栏中的模型周限信息。

## 期望行为
与其它模型（如 Opus、Sonnet）一致，会话信息栏应显示 Fable 模型的周限信息。

## 实际行为
会话信息栏不显示 Fable 模型的周限；同一环境下其它模型的周限显示正常，仅 Fable 缺失。
