维护者确认：#3232 Subagent 详情入口与 CC 隐式路由

## 为什么需要确认

这不是单纯的内部 bugfix 打包：

1. **产品 / UI**：在普通 Subagent 任务卡展开区新增「查看 Subagent 详情」入口（`AgentTaskCard.tsx` + 五语文案）。用户能看见新的交互入口，属于可见产品改动，不是零像素的内部修复。
2. **架构**：未绑定会话的 Claude Code 默认路由契约调整（隐式本地 bridge 来源），以及 Orca worker terminal 收口 / Pi rehydrate resume。作者已在描述里标出 #3210 的架构确认诉求，并指向讨论 #3221。

请维护者直接在 PR 上操作：
- 同意推进 → 在 PR 上 **Approve**（一次即可，后续新 commit 门保持已放行）
- 需要修改 → **Request Changes**，作者改完后再 Approve

普通评论或摘掉标签不构成通过。
