维护者确认：自定义 Provider SDK 费用默认隐藏（PR #2878）

## 变更要点

自定义 Provider 的 SDK 费用是服务端自行上报、Cindy 无法控制计价规则，金额可能与服务商账单不一致。本 PR 将自定义 Provider 默认改为仅展示输入 / 输出 / 总 Token，并在「设置 → Providers」保留一个默认关闭的「显示 SDK 上报费用」开关（开启旁有风险提示）。

判定为产品行为变化（默认展示策略调整 + 新增设置开关），自动流程不代跑放行，需要维护者确认。

## 确认方式

- 认可此默认策略：直接在 PR 上 Approve，放行后自动流程继续审查合并；
- 需要修改：Request Changes 说明，作者改完后再 Approve 即放行。
