在 Cindy 未登录时：

- ChatGPT 和 Codex 订阅正常；
- GPT 模型可以在 Codex、Claude Code 和 pi 三个 harness 中正常使用；
- 已创建的对话和项目正常显示。

登录 Cindy 账号后：

- 登录前的对话和项目从左侧栏消失；
- GPT 模型在三个 harness 中不可见或无法使用；
- Cindy 要求重新进行 ChatGPT/Codex 网页授权；
- 但当前网页端没有登录，无法完成授权。

## 期望行为

登录 Cindy 账号后，登录前的对话、项目和模型配置应继续可用。如果登录会切换数据空间或 provider，应明确提示并提供迁移/合并选项。
