派 Agent 后消息无回复，重试任务队列也无法发送

## 现象
在对话中piAgent 后发送一条消息，长时间没有任何回复。随后发送重试，重试消息直接进入任务队列，但当前对话仍没有回复；任务队列中的消息也无法发送。点击任务队列项目的上箭头，或使用 Ctrl+Enter 插入，当前对话都没有反应。

## 复现步骤
1. 在当前对话中派 Agent。
2. 发送一条消息，并等待较长时间。
3. 在没有回复的情况下发送重试。
4. 观察到重试消息进入任务队列，但当前对话仍无回复。
5. 尝试发送任务队列中的消息，点击上箭头或按 Ctrl+Enter 插入。

## 期望行为
派出的 Agent 应返回回复；重试消息应正常发送并产生回复；任务队列中的消息以及上箭头、Ctrl+Enter 等操作应能正常作用于当前对话。

## 实际行为
原始消息长时间无回复；重试进入任务队列后当前对话仍无回复；队列消息无法发送，上箭头和 Ctrl+Enter 操作也没有任何反应。

## 复现频率
刚刚发生 1 次，以往也出现过类似情况。

## 已尝试
等待较长时间、发送重试、点击上箭头、使用 Ctrl+Enter 插入，均未恢复当前对话响应。
