在 Cindy 的 Codex 会话中，模型选择 Kimi K3 时，发送图片后直接报错，无法读取图片内容。

## 复现步骤
1. 在 Cindy 中打开 Codex 会话
2. 将模型切换为 Kimi K3
3. 向会话发送一张图片

## 实际行为
直接报错，图片无法被读取。

## 期望行为
Kimi K3 能正常读取图片并基于图片内容回复。
