## 现象
对对话使用 AI 自动命名时失效：点击「命名/重命名」按钮后，无法由 AI 自动生成对话标题，每次都会弹出失败提示。

## 复现步骤
1. 新建（或打开）一个对话
2. 在标题处/侧边栏点击 AI 命名（重命名）按钮
3. 等待并观察是否生成标题

## 期望行为
点击命名按钮后，AI 根据对话内容自动生成一个合适的标题。

## 实际行为
点击后弹出报错提示，具体文案为「通用错误：AI命名失败，请重新尝试」，标题不发生变化，未能生成 AI 标题。

## 复现频率
每次必现（100%）。

## 已尝试
- 手动重命名：可以成功，仅 AI 自动命名失效
- 重启应用：问题依旧
- 新建多个对话测试：均出现同样问题
