维护者确认: #2640 fix(desktop): worktree 内裸 dev 启动自动按 isolated 沙箱处理

**确认方式:** 维护者在 PR 上 Approve 即通过；需要修改就 Request Changes，作者改完后重新 Approve 即放行。
