## 使用场景

创建目标时，有时需要通过截图、界面参考图或错误图片来补充任务背景和期望效果。普通聊天可以使用图片提供上下文，但目标模式目前无法上传图片，只能用文字描述，信息表达不够直观。

## 诉求

希望目标模式支持上传图片，并让目标及其后续执行任务能够读取这些图片作为上下文。

## 建议方案

复用普通聊天模式的图片输入能力，在目标模式中提供图片上传入口，并支持选择或粘贴图片。上传后的图片应随目标内容保存，在后续执行该目标时保持可用。
