GitHub 插件显示可更新但更新失败,无法安装 1.2.6

## 现象

插件面板中 GitHub 插件显示有可更新版本(当前 1.2.2,最新 1.2.6),点击更新后失败,无法安装;查看插件详情同样报错,提示「插件市场操作失败」,反复重试结果相同。

## 复现步骤

1. 打开「插件」面板;
2. 看到 GitHub 插件提示可更新;
3. 点击更新或查看详情,弹出失败提示;
4. 反复重试,更新始终失败。

## 实际行为

更新始终失败,无法安装 1.2.6;插件详情页也打不开。已安装的其它插件均可正常查看详情,仅 GitHub 插件受影响。

## 期望行为

- 能正常完成 GitHub 插件 1.2.6 的更新安装;
- 如果该版本暂不兼容,至少不应在面板中提示「可更新」。
