Support Kiro CLI integration

I use Kiro CLI in my development workflow. I would like to use Cindy alongside Kiro CLI, ideally without losing task context between the two tools.

I can switch between Cindy and Kiro CLI manually, but this creates friction and makes it harder to maintain task context across the workflow.
