## 现象
在 Cindy 主界面侧边栏「插件」面板安装插件时，每次都失败，弹窗提示：「操作期间账号，插件或版本已发生变化，请确认最新状态重试」。

最初在安装 TAPTAPmaker 插件时发现，随后验证**所有插件**均无法安装，报同样的错误，因此怀疑并非单个插件的问题，而是账号 / 插件 / 版本状态校验环节的系统性问题。

报错前后未更新过 Cindy、未切换或重新登录过账号，正常使用中突然出现；按提示「确认最新状态重试」后依然 100% 复现。

## 复现步骤
1. 打开 Cindy 主界面侧边栏「插件」
2. 选择任意插件（如 TAPTAPmaker），点击安装
3. 弹出错误提示：「操作期间账号，插件或版本已发生变化，请确认最新状态重试」
4. 按提示确认最新状态后重试 → 仍报同样错误，无法完成安装

## 期望行为
- 插件可正常安装；
- 若确为账号 / 版本状态过期，「确认最新状态重试」应能恢复正常，或给出明确有效的恢复路径（如一键刷新状态、引导重新登录），而不是重试后依旧报同样的错。

## 实际行为
每次安装均弹出上述错误提示，重试无效；所有插件均无法安装，插件功能整体不可用。
