bug: 连接self-host的CPA端点对claude code服务商无效

在自定义服务商添加自部署的CPA端点后，
codex/pi/claude code均可用：
1. 可以成功配置
2. 模型连通性测试通过
3. 正常对话成功

### 环境 / Environment

- 平台与版本 / platform & OS version:
mac 26.6（macmini M4）

- 安装方式 / install method:

dmg安装包安装

### 复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

1. 安装cindy，更新claude code和codex到最新版
2. 安装quotio，配置ai提供商
3. 在cindy内配置自定义服务商（使用quotio中配置的apikey和baseurl），cindy中获取模型并配置
> 在这一步codex和pi配置返回的模型id是cpa中的正常模型列表，claude code中获取模型返回的模型id带有claude-fable-5-* ，但是连通性测试均通过。
5. 新建对话，使用claude code发生信息
6. 返回There's an issue with the selected model (claude-fable-5-dd-hsalf-4v-keespeed[1m]). It may not exist or you may not have access to it. 错误
7. 新建对话，使用codex发送信息，正常流式对话。
