[Bug] 自定义第三方 API 提供商时，模型设置缺少上下文窗口输入框

### 描述

在「设置 → 模型供应商 → 自定义提供商」中添加第三方 API 时，模型配置界面没有提供设置**上下文窗口（Context Window）**的输入框，导致无法自定义该参数。

### 复现步骤

1. 打开 Cindy 桌面版设置
2. 进入「模型供应商」→「自定义提供商」
3. 添加一个第三方 API（非 OpenAI 原生，非 ollama 本地）
4. 在模型配置区域中观察可填写的参数字段
5. 发现没有「上下文窗口」输入框

### 实际行为

模型配置区域缺少上下文窗口输入框，用户无法设置该参数。

### 期望行为

在模型配置界面中提供上下文窗口输入框/调节项，让用户能够自定义第三方 API 模型的上下文窗口大小。

- 提供商类型：其他第三方 API
- 此问题在 OpenAI 兼容 API 和 ollama 本地模型上是否存在同样的缺失，未测试
