Description

Currently, the table displays zerover projects, however, once they switch, they are no longer visible in the table.

For example, scikit-learn switched to a different scheme: https://github.com/mahmoud/zerover/issues/260

It would be fair to display emeritus table or something like that.

Research direction

Start by locating the table rendering and the data source that determines which projects are visible; review issue #260 for the scikit-learn example. Done means projects that previously used zerover remain discoverable through a separate emeritus view or filter, with the behavior covered by the relevant UI tests if present.
