New batch button don't work at /#/batch pages

Description
Import some commands to reach the preview or completion page of the run (`/#/batch`). Click the "New Batch" button to start a new task. The URL in the address bar has changed (`/#/batch/new`), but the screen appears unchanged, as if it is stuck. I can only get out of this state by clicking the logo in the top-left corner or another interface tab.
