Description

## Goal

Let operators passively monitor execution and Chainlink transaction failures through `magicblock monitor`, with useful diagnostic context.

## Why

The existing healthcheck (#1548) tests a single probe transaction. Operators also need visibility into failures across the validator without consuming successful-transaction notifications.

## Scope

- A failure-only subscription on Aperture’s existing RPC WebSocket server, combining Engine events from magicblock-labs/magicblock-engine#147 with transaction-associated Chainlink failures.
- Enough context to identify the transaction and investigate where and why it failed.
- Continuous CLI monitoring without submitting transactions, preserving the existing one-shot probe.
