[Feature] Codama + Kit based SDK

It would be great to have an SDK based on Codama and Kit for the people that want to move away from Web3.js and are building on the modern stack.

New SDK generated with Codama and compatible with `@solana/kit` clients.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Generate my own ad-hoc sdk.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Begin by finding the current SDK and generation entry point, then clarify the Codama and @solana/kit compatibility requirements with maintainers. Done should be a defined SDK-generation change with a clear validation path.
