Description

**Describe the bug**
On some Android devices, when trying to connect to a Solana wallet via Phantom, Phantom app opens up but the connect popup never shows up. it happened on devices where we were able to connect the wallet before. (disconnect then reconnect but no popup shows up) The connect functionality had been verified working on other mobile devices.

**To Reproduce**
- Use v1.2.6
- Called Web3.Instance.LoginWalletAdapter();

**Expected behavior**
Connect popup in Phantom should show up every time

Research direction

Start at Web3.Instance.LoginWalletAdapter() and reproduce the issue with Phantom on the reported Samsung S10 using v1.2.6. Compare a failing reconnect with a working mobile-device connection, using the supplied screenshot as context. Done means the Phantom connect popup appears reliably after disconnecting and reconnecting.
