Description
The getting started guide has two broken links in Step 4 of the "Setup a standalone MFTF" section.
### Preconditions
1. `develop` branch (@ commit 5a6bdf511182151a6c357b788eb0c3f2fd89954a as of this writing)
### Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://github.com/magento/magento2-functional-testing-framework/blob/develop/docs/getting-started.md#step-4-edit-environment-settings
2. Click the link for "basic configuration" or "MAGENTO_BP" (pictured below)

### Expected result
1. The links should lead to a valid destination.
### Actual result
1. Landed on a 404 page.
