Description

In MAGECLOUD-5147 the dependency for redis-cli has been removed. However in MCLOUD-7694 (commit
defa33a2177511b480e899b80449b3da99f4a602) it has been introduced again.
Please refactor MCLOUD-7694 again as redis-cli is not an official dependency for Magento and Credis should be used instead to detect the Redis version.

Research direction

Start by reviewing commit defa33a2177511b480e899b80449b3da99f4a602 and the changes from MAGECLOUD-5147 and MCLOUD-7694. Trace where redis-cli is used to detect the Redis version and replace that dependency with Credis; done means Magento no longer treats redis-cli as an official dependency and version detection still works.
