Description (*)
When some users choose payment with paypal they are redirect to paypal page and there sometimes you can pay with credti card without have paypal account. But sometimes paypla ask to login or to create account and dont show "pay with credit card o debit card.
This what happens sometimes

Use paypal fotr pay with credit card without create account on paypal or login to paypal
