Description
Magento is multistore, but currently there is no option to change limits in the inventory tab
for website scope. Almost all atributes for inventory works on global scope
If you have 2 different stores you like to differentiate prices, so the same is for inventory.
please allow using Min/Max Qty Allowed in the cart, and QTY increments on website scope
thanks

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. First locate the inventory settings and website-scope handling, then determine how Min/Max Qty Allowed and quantity increments are currently stored and applied; done means these limits can differ by website without changing global behavior.
