Mimic vat keeping the commander in the command zone


The Umbris player sent Umbris to exile for mimic vat, then sent him back to the command zone, but mimic vat could still create token copies of Umbris.

This shouldn't work since the creature wouldn't be able to be referenced by vat's imprint ability if you sent the creature back to the command zone.

Also, when the mimic vat changed imprinted card, Umbris was sent from the command zone to the graveyard (prompting the player to send him back to the command zone once again), but the actual interaction should have Umbris stuck in exile forever if he was sent to exile by vat's imprint ability.
