GUI: Switch Hands button shows unnecessary menu

Description
When spectating, the "Switch Hands" button will bring up a selection menu to choose which player's hand you see. This picker might make sense when there are multiple options.
But in a 2 player game, the button should simply toggle between the two players without showing any menu.
