GUI: Blocked creatures whose blockers died after declare blockers looked unblocked

Description
It doesn't look like it, but both attackers were blocked and will not deal damage to face:
Steps:
1. Opponent declares attackers
2. You declare blockers
3. You sac your blockers to something like [[Viscera Seer]]
4. Attackers will once again look like they are unblocked.
