In Selection screens, don't move cards instantly after each selection

In scrying, selecting trigger order, etc. choosing one card means the rest of the cards immediately move to a new location, which makes quick selections harder. Instead, either:

1. Don't move cards at all, leaving "holes" where the chosen cards were
2. Wait a certain amount of time before moving the cards (similar to closing multiple tabs on Firefox)

Ideally, in option 2. there is also a basic animation of cards moving rather than teleporting to new locations
