[Feature Request] User blocking - Should be bilateral

Maybe make it an option in settings but if you block/ignore a user, it should be bilateral as sometimes we ignore people not just because we don't want them to join our games but sometimes we don't want to join theirs either and it's an easy way to remember "don't pay this guy". Currently ignore/block is one-sided, they can't join your games but you can still join theirs. Maybe make as an option as some people may prefer the existing behavior.
