Enhancement: Let user see hands of other players for revealed cards

I thought a few nights ago that it'd be nice if you could see the hands of the other players in a game. Not actually seeing the cards; usually, all of the cards would be face-down for the user. A card would then be turned face-up if that player got it from something like [Idyllic Tutor](https://scryfall.com/card/thb/24/idyllic-tutor).

It's just something I thought would be nice, as it could cut down on the amount of pop-up windows there are for cards in other zones
