Description
Popup players panel of the draft or table with additional info and admin/owner actions.
Features:
* single panel with two tabs (current table's players + current tourney's players);
* shared chat for all (;
* two roles for users: players and the owner;
* all: able to see players list and pings;
* all: able to send messages to shared chat;
* owner: able to kick selected player before timeout;
* if owner got timeout or out then the next good player will get owner status.
