Creatures turned face up via manifest triggers ETBs

Just saw this happen - someone's [[Grave Titan]] was manifested by my [[Reality Shift]], and when it was turned face up, its triggered ability went on the stack.

The report names the manifest interaction between Reality Shift and Grave Titan but no files or tests. Start by reproducing that interaction and trace the rules-engine handling for manifest and turning a permanent face up. Done means the expected ETB behavior is confirmed and covered by a regression test.
