No Way to See Cards in Deck Editor with Screen Reader

This is similar to #7660, except concerning the deck editor. There are a couple major problems.

1. There is no way to read the cards in the deck. I could be missing a quick way to use list view to see deck contents, but it looks like that's not available. The list of potential cards is a readable table.
2. No way to read card info for a prospective card, or indeed a current card. That is, I can read the table with all the statistical data on a card, but can't seem to access its abilities or rules text, which is often enough what I'd care most about.
This makes fiddling with decks very difficult, because I Can't confirm what cards I've chosen, nor evaluate potential candidates.
