Description
If you have two swamps and two islands, you should be able to pay BB2 for Beseech the Queen - but if you don't tap the two islands *consecutively*, it won't work. I.e. UUBB/BUUB/BBUU all work, but UBUB doesn't. I expect this is likely an issue with {2/X} mana payments in general.
