Generic Text Corrections (Part 2)

The old thread was getting a bit messy, so I'm transferring all the still-open issues from it to this one, along with a pile of new ones.

- [X] Scorching Lava: the kicker isn't being required to get the kicker effect

- [x] Life Matrix: it refers to removing a counter from (and regenerating) the wrong permanent

- [ ] When picking between piles, it would be nice if the chat confirmation was the same punctuation/spacing as the choice - i.e. make these the same:

- [ ] Teferi's Protection - the text in chat about preventing damage to a play is missing a space

- [ ] Thundermaw Hellkite - "creatures" > "creature"

- [ ] Torment of Hailfire: "they" > "that player", otherwise the grammar on "discards" doesn't work

- [ ] Twilight Prophet: missing a space

- [ ] Vampirism - Draw > draw

- [ ] Venser's Journal - cards > card

- [ ] Voodoo Doll - replace "is instance" with the actual trigger condition

- [ ] Warden of the Woods - "When" > "Whenever"

Start by locating the card text entries for the unchecked cards listed in the issue and compare them with the supplied screenshots and corrections. The issue covers many unrelated cards and formatting cases; done would mean applying the applicable unchecked corrections and verifying the resulting text in the game.
