Add original owner to pop-up card information

To clarify, I am referring to this pop-up.

Knowing the original owner of a card is useful information, especially in multiplayer games. It helps keep track of which cards will be returned from exile if multiple players control Banishing Lights and you want to destroy one. It also helps keep track of stolen permanents.

Start by tracing the pop-up card information shown in the screenshot and identify where card ownership details are assembled. The change is complete when the pop-up displays the original owner for cards, including cards controlled by another player or returned from exile.
